New preparation
When preparing infant milk formula, follow the instructions for use exactly. Improper preparation or storage of the prepared bottle over a longer period of time can lead to adverse health effects, e.g. due to the growth of undesirable germs. Therefore, prepare food freshly before each meal and feed immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Thoroughly clean the bottle, teat and ring. Re-seal the opened pouch tightly after product removal, store in a dry place at room temperature and use within 3 weeks. Do not heat the food in the microwave (risk of scalding).
- Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°-50°C*.
- Put desired amount of boiled water (s.table) into a vial.
- Measure the recommended amount of powder (see table). Fill measuring spoon loosely and wipe off. Add the powder to the water.
- Close vial and shake vigorously several times.
- Cool to drinking temperature approx. 37°C. Check temperature
*To avoid damaging the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the food with water that is too hot.

What distinguishes goat's milk from cow's milk?
Goat's milk for babies is growing in popularity, and in the process has been in use as a food around the world for thousands of years. In infant formulas, goat's milk was deemed safe and suitable for infant milk formulas by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) back in 2012.
Goat milk contains many valuable ingredients: including a naturally gentle protein. Due to its composition, this goat milk protein is particularly easy to digest. In addition, goat's milk already contains up to 10x more dietary fiber (oligosaccharides) than cow's milk.
What makes our goat's milk so special?
The new HiPP organic goat's milk formulas made from A2 goat's milk are easy to digest and therefore particularly gentle on baby's tummy. They provide your baby with valuable dietary fiber (organic GOS²) for balanced intestinal flora. In addition, our new HiPP organic goat's milk formula naturally provides all the important vitamins and nutrients that infants and toddlers need for healthy growth at the respective developmental stage.
What is A2 milk?
Our HiPP milk food made from organic goat's milk is called A2 feel-good milk. You may be wondering what this term is all about. Milk contains various proteins, including beta-casein. There are different forms of this beta-casein. The most common variants are A1-beta-casein and A2-beta-casein. The difference lies solely in the replacement of a single amino acid within the protein.
The beta-casein in breast milk is exclusively in the A2 form. Our A2 goat's wellbeing milk also naturally has a high proportion of A2 beta-casein.
European cow's milk is usually a mixture of A1/A2-beta casein.
A2 milk is associated in science with good tolerance. However, research is still in its early stages here, but there is preliminary evidence that the A2 form provides an advantage, especially in sensitive individuals.
Goat's milk in case of allergy or intolerance?
