Since 2002, the Ökologia Prize has been awarded to companies or entrepreneurs who have committed themselves through particularly exemplary projects in favor of ecology and contributed to the realization of the desired ecological and social market economy. For HiPP, social responsibility is the essential basis for successful entrepreneurial action. Coachings and qualification offers, targeted trainings and training as well as performance-related assessments and compensation are key instruments of HR policy at HiPP. As part of sustainability management, regular sustainability training is also carried out.
As a family-friendly company, HiPP promotes the compatibility of family and work. Kinder brauchen viel Bewegung
Krabbeln, laufen, hüpfen, lachen – einfach machen. Für eine gute und gesunde Entwicklung brauchen Kinder viel Bewegung. Begleiten Sie Ihr Kind dabei, unterstützen Sie es und gehen Sie mit einem guten Beispiel voran. Sich viel zu bewegen ist für jeden vorteilhaft, vor allem für Ihren Nachwuchs.
Um eine bestmögliche Entwicklung zu unterstützen, sollten Sie Ihr Kind zu möglichst viel Bewegung motivieren, denn Bewegung spielt im Leben eines Kleinkinds eine zentrale Rolle. Kleinkinder sollten früh ihre eigenen Erfahrungen in Bezug auf ihren Körper machen. Dadurch entwickeln sie sich weiter und machen schneller Fortschritte in der motorischen, aber auch in der geistigen Entwicklung. Zusätzlich wird durch Bewegung die Verdauung munter und angeregt. Am besten ist es, Sie machen aus dem Bewegungsdrang Ihres Kindes eine tägliche Routine. Jeden Tag mindestens einmal raus ins Freie und neue Abenteuer erleben. Hat Ihr Kind erst einmal das Laufen gelernt, will es das Gelernte auch unter Beweis stellen.
Durch gemeinsame Ausflüge z.B. zum nächstgelegenen Spielplatz, lernen Kinder andere Kinder kennen, sich auf sie einzustellen und mit ihnen umzugehen.
Spielzeug müssen Sie nicht mitnehmen, dies findet Ihr Kind überall: Pfützen, Steine, Äste, Blätter ...
Regen Sie die Fantasie Ihres Kindes an, haben Sie immer ein waches Auge, aber lassen Sie Ihrem Kind auch den angemessenen Freiraum.
Binden Sie Ihr Kind auch im Alltag mit ein. Gemeinsames Aufräumen nach dem Spielen oder Tischdecken. Ihr Kind freut sich, wenn es selbstständig etwas machen darf und Ihnen wirklich helfen kann, auch wenn es „nur“ seinen Trinkbecher alleine zum Tisch bringt.
