Since 2002, the Ökologia Prize has been awarded to companies or entrepreneurs who have committed themselves through particularly exemplary projects in favor of ecology and contributed to the realization of the desired ecological and social market economy. For HiPP, social responsibility is the essential basis for successful entrepreneurial action. This is reflected not only in the sustainable measures of personnel management, but also distinguishes the diverse social commitment in solidarity with people in need: HiPP helps young families with multiple births and regularly donates for the non-profit organization "Münchener Tafel e. V. ". Also auxiliary transport of Caritas in crisis areas supports HiPP. Coachings and qualification offers, targeted trainings and training as well as performance-related assessments and compensation are key instruments of HR policy at HiPP. As part of sustainability management, regular sustainability training is also carried out.
As a family-friendly company, HiPP promotes the compatibility of family and work. Almost every department has different working models with flexible working hours, which give parents better career development opportunities. - Für den Start mit der Beikost gelten nach wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen die gleichen Empfehlungen wie für Kinder ohne erhöhtes Allergierisiko. Richten Sie sich nach der Entwicklung Ihres Kindes und beginnen Sie mit Beikost frühestens nach dem 4. Monat und spätestens nach dem 6. Monat – ein späterer Beikoststart bietet keinen besseren Schutz vor Allergien.
- Wichtig ist, die Beikost stufenweise in den Speiseplan Ihres Babys einzuführen. So hat Ihr Baby Zeit, sich an die neue Nahrung zu gewöhnen und Sie können stets erkennen, welche Lebensmittel es gut verträgt.
- Wenn das Baby Beikost bekommt und eine Milchmahlzeit vollständig durch Brei ersetzt wurde, kann nach sechs Monaten begleitend zur Beikost von Pre HA COMBIOTIK® oder HA1 COMBIOTIK® auf HA2 COMBIOTIK® umgestellt werden. Allergenkennzeichnung – was ist neu?
Mit Inkrafttreten der neuen Lebensmittelinformationsverordnung (LMIV) müssen spätestens ab 13.12.2014 die 14 häufigsten Lebensmittelallergene in der Zutatenliste hervorgehoben werden, z.B. durch Schriftart, Schriftstil oder Unterstreichungen. Auch HiPP setzt natürlich die neuen gesetzlichen Regelungen so schnell wie möglich um.
Spurenkennzeichnung - was verbirgt sich dahinter?
Auf manchen Verpackungen finden Sie – meist im Sichtfeld der Zutatenliste – auch noch die Angabe „kann Spuren von … enthalten“. Dies ist ein freiwilliger Hinweis des Herstellers. Diese Information bedeutet, dass sich trotz sorgfältiger Herstellungspraxis, Einträge von kleinsten Spuren allergener Stoffe in das Produkt manchmal nicht vermeiden lassen. Der HiPP Baby Keks wird zum Beispiel ohne Zusatz von Ei, ohne Sesam und ohne Nüsse hergestellt. Gleichzeitig werden an der Produktionsstätte aber auch Nüsse, Sesam und Ei verarbeitet. Daher kann in diesem Fall nicht zu 100 Prozent ausgeschlossen werden, dass geringste Spuren dieser Zutaten in den HiPP Baby Keks gelangen können.
In vielen Fällen zeigen Allergiker gar keine Reaktion auf mögliche Spuren eines Allergieauslösers. Die Toleranzgrenze, ab der allergische Reaktionen auftreten, ist bei jedem Menschen jedoch individuell. Wenn Sie bzw. Ihr Kind bereits auf kleinste Mengen mit schweren allergischen Symptomen reagieren, sollten Sie die Spurenkennzeichnung genau im Blick haben.
Leider verwenden viele Hersteller unterschiedliche Begriffe für die Allergene. Mal ist die Rede von Nüssen und/oder Saaten, mal von Schalenfrüchten. Dies sorgt mitunter für Verwirrung beim Verbraucher, welches Allergen genau gemeint ist. Denn im allgemeinen Sprachgebrauch werden häufig Haselnüsse, Erdnüsse, Mandeln und Co. als Nüsse bezeichnet. Botanisch gesehen sind jedoch nur Haselnüsse und Walnüsse echte Nüsse. Was also wird jetzt zu den Nüssen gezählt?
Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns bei HiPP dafür entschieden, zukünftig bei der Spurenkennzeichnung den Begriff Schalenfrüchte zu verwenden – in Anlehnung an die gesetzlichen Vorgaben zur Allergenkennzeichnung. Zu den Schalenfrüchten zählen: Mandeln, Haselnüsse, Walnüsse, Cashewnüsse, Pekannüsse, Paranüsse, Pistazien und Macadamianüsse. Spuren von Erdnüssen, die häufig schon in kleinsten Mengen allergische Reaktionen hervorrufen können, werden weiterhin gesondert aufgeführt.
Wichtig: Bitte sprechen Sie immer mit Ihrem Kinderarzt oder einem Allergologen, wenn Sie unsicher sind oder Sie den Verdacht haben, Ihr Kind leidet an einer Allergie oder Unverträglichkeit. Auch der kann Ihnen bei vielen Fragen rund um das Thema Allergie weiterhelfen.
