Preparation
Pour approx. 200ml boiling water over the infusion bag and leave to infuse for approx. 5 minutes. Cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C). Check temperature. Always prepare tea fresh. Since 2002, the Ökologia Prize has been awarded to companies or entrepreneurs who have committed themselves through particularly exemplary projects in favor of ecology and contributed to the realization of the desired ecological and social market economy. Das Zahnmännchen - ein gutes Zeichen
Dieses Qualitätssiegel zeichnet Nahrungsmittel und Getränke aus, die nachweislich keine Zahnschäden verursachen, also weder kariogen (kariesversursachend) noch erosiv (zahnschmelzschädigend) sind. Dies wird in weltweit anerkannten wissenschaftlichen Tests überprüft.
Was steckt hinter dem Siegel?
Das Zahnmännchen-Siegel und die Aktion zahnfreundlich e.V. sind eng miteinander verbunden. Die Aktion zahnfreundlich e. V. wurde 1985 gegründet und ist eine gemeinnützige Vereinigung von Medizinern, Zahnärzten, Ernährungswissenschaftlern, Journalisten, Privatpersonen und Wirtschaftsunternehmen. Die Vereinsmitglieder haben sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Öffentlichkeit über die Zusammenhänge zwischen Zahngesundheit und Ernährung aufzuklären. Eine zahngesunde Ernährungsweise soll durch die Aktivitäten der Mitglieder gefördert werden.
Die Auszeichnung getesteter Produkte mit der international geschützten Marke "Zahnmännchen mit Schirm" gibt dem Verbraucher eine Orientierungshilfe bei der großen Auswahl an "zuckerfreien" Waren.
Übrigens, seit Juni 2011 sind das „Zahnmännchen” und die damit verbundene Gesundheitsaussage auch von der Europäischen Behörde für Lebensmittelsicherheit (EFSA, European Food Safety Authority) positiv bewertet worden. Das heißt, die Abbildung des Zahnmännchens und die damit verbundene Auslobung „zahnfreundlich” ist europaweit offiziell anerkannt.

Wissenschaftlich getestet
Alle HiPP Tees, die mit dem Zahnmännchen-Siegel ausgezeichnet sind, wurden in einem kontrollierten Praxistest wissenschaftlich auf Zahnfreundlichkeit getestet. Den Test können nur Produkte bestehen, die nachweislich weder Karies auslösen noch den Zahnschmelz / die Zahnoberfläche angreifen und zerstören können.
Wie kann dies getestet werden? Testpersonen haben unseren Tee getrunken. 30 Minuten nach dem Verzehr wurde der pH-Wert im Mund gemessen. Der pH-Wert ist ein Maß für den Säuregehalt, je niedriger der pH-Wert ist, desto saurer ist das Produkt. Säuren, die direkt aus Speisen kommen oder durch den Abbau von Zuckern durch Mundbakterien entstehen, können den Zahnschmelz schädigen.
Beim Test unseres zahnfreundlichen Tees, fiel der pH-Wert nicht unter den zahnkritischen pH-Wert von 5,7. Deshalb tragen diese Tees das Zahnmännchen-Siegel, als Zeichen der Zahnfreundlichkeit.
