Since 2002, the Ökologia Prize has been awarded to companies or entrepreneurs who have committed themselves through particularly exemplary projects in favor of ecology and contributed to the realization of the desired ecological and social market economy. Zubereitung:
- Ca. 6 Esslöffel (35 g) Müesli in eine Schale geben.
- 100 ml Milch dazugeben. Für Kleinkinder eignet sich HiPP Kindermilch (3 Messlöffel Milchpulver ins Müesli geben und mit 90 ml Wasser aufgießen).
- Mit einem Löffel anrühren, gegebenenfalls quellen lassen – fertig ist das Müesli.
Verwendungshinweise:
- Jede Mahlzeit frisch zubereiten.
- Bitte erwärmen Sie das Müesli nicht in der Mikrowelle (Verbrühungsgefahr!).
- Die Knusper-Enten und -Blumen versprechen Spaß für Groß und Klein. Dadurch ist das Müesli besonders stückig. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob Ihr Kind dieses bereits kauen kann. Ansonsten das Müesli bis zur gewünschten Beschaffenheit ca. 5 Minuten quellen lassen. Aus einer Schale füttern oder zum Selbstlöffeln anbieten.

Widmen Sie der Ernährung Ihres Kindes auch im Kleinkindalter viel Aufmerksamkeit. Denn im Kleinkindalter werden Grundlagen für gesunde Ernährungsgewohnheiten gelegt, die Ihr Kind viele Jahre beibehalten kann.
Nutzen Sie die Chance auch gegebenenfalls Ihre eigene Ernährung auf den Prüfstand zu stellen und zu verbessern. Sie als Eltern sind wichtige Vorbilder für Ihr Kind bei der Nahrungsauswahl und dem Essverhalten. Essen Sie am besten immer gemeinsam mit Ihrem Kind, mindestens einmal am Tag sollte die ganze Familie mit dem Kind am Tisch versammelt sein. Kinder brauchen Gemeinschaft beim Essen und gute Vorbilder.
Im Idealfall bieten Sie dem Kind eine Vielfalt an gesunden Lebensmitteln an. Denn eine vielseitige Ernährung aus gesunden Zutaten sichert eine ausgewogene Nährstoffzufuhr. Auch wenn Speisen zunächst abgelehnt werden, ist es wichtig sie immer wieder ganz entspannt anzubieten. Das geht ganz praktisch, wenn die Speisen einfach auf dem Tisch stehen und Ihr Kind daraus auswählen kann. Die Regel ist, dass etwas das auf dem Tisch steht gegessen werden muss, das Kind darf aus diesem Angebot seine Wahl treffen. Kinder brauchen oft bis zu 10 „Probierversuche“ bis sie sich an neue Speisen gewöhnen und essen sie dann gerne. Damit hat sich Ihr Schatz dann auch immer ein Lob verdient.
Essen - so macht es Kind und Eltern Freude
Schon gegen Ende des 1. Lebensjahres kann Ihr Kind langsam lernen selbst zu essen, wenn es sicher im Hochstuhl sitzt. Speisen, die gut mit den Fingern zu greifen sind, kann es mit den Fingern auflesen und in den Mund stecken. Nach und nach wird es auch das Essen mit dem Löffel lernen. Geben Sie Ihrem Kind ein kindgerechtes Erstlingsbesteck mit einem leicht gebogenen Löffel und ein groooßes Lätzchen, denn das Kleckern gehört zum Lernen einfach dazu. Eventuell auch Kleidung und Boden großräumig abdecken.
Lassen Sie Ihrem Kind die Zeit sich spielerisch mit dem Essen zu beschäftigen. Zuerst wird das meiste zwar überall nur nicht im Mund landen, aber das ist ganz normal. Es ist noch kein Meister vom Himmel gefallen. Bleiben Sie geduldig und helfen Sie Ihrem Kind immer wieder ein bisschen durch Zeigen, Ermunterung und Lob. Hat es genug selbst probiert, dann können Sie gerne mit Füttern nachhelfen, damit der hungrige Weltentdecker auch satt wird.

Für Kleinkind-Lebensmittel gibt es strenge Vorschriften: zum Beispiel zu Vorgaben zu Nährwertgehalten, Grenzwerte für den Zucker-, Salz- und Fettgehalt und sehr strenge Grenzwerte für Schadstoffe. Nur wenn diese eingehalten werden, ist ein Produkt für Kleinkinder geeignet und darf eine Altersempfehlung (z.B. "Kinder ab 1 Jahr") führen.
