White Toblerone chocolate mousse
Duration: 40 min / recipe for 6-8 / white Toblerone
Ingredients:
- 300g white Toblerone
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 4dl cream
Preparation:
Break Toblerone into pieces and put in a bowl. Melt in a not too hot water bath (40 °C).
Remove the
bowl
and stir the chocolate until smooth.
Beat
the
eggs and icing sugar
in a separate bowl until the mixture is light, add to the chocolate immediately and mix well. Whip the cream until stiff
and carefully fold into the creamy chocolate mixture. Cover the mousse with cling film and chill for three to four hours. It is best to chill overnight at 1-5°C. Serve

Cut
the mousse
with two spoons, arrange on dessert plates and decorate as desired with cream and fruit

Tip:
Serve dark and white Toblerone chocolate mousse together.
